Program Overview
This course is designed to develop conceptual & practical Human Resource Skills for effective management of people and organizations. This program enables one to take higher responsibilities in HR. It also prepares young managers to meet the challenges of a globally competitive environment and harness the asset for countering business challenges in the global era.
The PG Certificate course consists of 2 Terms, spread over 12 Months duration of Classroom Learning. The term-wise structure of Classroom Learning is mentioned as under:

Student can opt either of the below mentioned option to pursue PGCM Program from VPM’s - IMS:
- Option A – Weekend Lectures:
Saturday – 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM
Sunday – 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Option B – Weekdays Lectures:
3 Days in a Week | Mon-Wed-Fri | 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM
